SENIORCISE
Combine fun & fitness to increase your cardiovascular & muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work alternates with low-impact aerobics. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

SENIOR DRUMMING
This interactive class invites seniors of all skill levels to explore the world of percussion. Using a variety of drums and rhythm instruments, participants will engage in rhythmic exercises, group drumming, and creative expression.

KICKBOXING
Energize your workout routine with kickboxing! This high-intensity class combines traditional kickboxing techniques with aerobic exercises to improve cardiovascular health and enhance overall fitness. Develop strength, coordination, and endurance while enjoying a dynamic and engaging workout.

REFIT®
Community is the intention and purpose of REFIT®. This Cardio/Dance-focused class is effective and fun—perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts. With powerful moves and positive music, it is a workout designed for everybody, because every BODY belongs.

TAI CHI
Enjoy the graceful movements of Tai Chi, a mind-body exercise that promotes balance, flexibility, and mental calmness. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class focuses on flowing, gentle movements inspired by traditional Tai Chi forms to enhance overall well-being.

LINE DANCING
Along with line dancing being a fun activity, it is a great form of exercise that helps maintain a healthy heart, improves strength and muscle function, increases balance and flexibility, mental wellness, and helps foster social interaction.

SENIORFIT
Move to the music through exercises that increase muscular strength and range of motion. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing wit handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated or standing support.

RHYTHM WALKING
Although your walking ability can change with age, you can take steps to avoid or minimize mobility problems. Research shows that walking to a steady beat or music helps improve walking speed, stride length, walk rhythm and symmetry.

Fun, social and friendly. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
